Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
